New Build Commercial Mixed Use and Residential Projects
Reserved matters planning application for the development at Phases 2 & 3, Marston Park, Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire.
The application proposes the development of 274 residential dwellings of various sizes and tenure
The application proposes the erection of 108 no. detached, semi-detached and terraced dwellings and garages, comprising
16 no. 5 bedroom houses, 8 no. 4 bedroom houses, 63 no. 3 bedroom houses and 20 no. 2 bedroom houses, together with
associated roads, drainage, landscaping and other accommodation works. Of the 108 no. proposed dwellings, 22 of them
will be affordable housing
Residential Development of 56 no. detached dwellings and 40 no. semi-detached and terraced on Parcel A1 of the Priors Hall development in Corby.
The development proposes a maximum 135 residential dwellings of various sizes and tenure, plus public open space including; 2no. play areas, surfaced activity area and playing fields to be allocated to Highgate Community Primary School
A mixed use contemporary brownfield development with elements of complex engineering.
A residential brownfield development with elements of both traditional and contemporary styles of architecture.
A residential greenfield development with bespoke design elements to reflect local context.
Historic and Conservation Projects
A Grade II Listed Building Conversion of Barton Seagrave Hall into a hotel, wedding venue, conference centre and spa facilities.
A Grade II Listed Barn Conversion at Hall Close, Cottesmore together with New Build Residential elements.
A Grade II listed buidling conversion of the historic Maltings Brewery Complex together with a variety of new build elements.
